At ReuschWinter.us, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, you can return eligible items for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms below.

- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We do not accept returns for items that have been used or altered in any way.
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Step 2: Once approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping your item back to us.
- Step 3: Pack the item securely and include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt inside the package.
3. Return Shipping
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. We can provide $15 return labels or free labels for exchanges.
- Recommended Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.
- Prepaid Labels: In some cases, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
4. Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be applied to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
5. Exchanges

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@reuschwinter.us with photos of the damage. We will provide you with a replacement or a full refund, as appropriate.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
- Gift cards.
- Custom or personalized items.
